  1. ?

In all honestly, when I first read the opening post I asked myself: Why is op asking about a comparison to the 6g ranger on a 5g ranger site? I know I can't offer any insight into the 6g. Not sure if many here can. As I read on I got the feeling op might be trolling a little bit. Sorry to be so...
  2. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Congrats to you too Joel. Your truck looks great for that many miles. Only 62,000 on mine so far.
  3. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

My Ranger and I are celebrating our 5 year Rangerversary today. :handsinair: Picked her up on December 23rd 2020. On top of that I paid her off this month. The fact that I still look back at her tells me it was a good purchase.
  4. No plans for PHEV/Super Duty Ranger in US

IKR I thought we'd see the PHEV, but maybe Ford is setting us up for a surprise in the future. Then again, maybe not.
  5. No plans for PHEV/Super Duty Ranger in US

FYI - It looks like Ford will not bring the Ranger PHEV or Super Duty to the US (I don't subscribe so I couldn't read the article).
  6. Look at my Ranger parked next to stuff

Parked next to the trach cans (: and a killer sunset.
  7. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

The all-knowing AI is correct. 👀
  8. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Yup Dave. That's the project code for our 5G's. Back around 2017 I was creating drawings for the Ford P375N program not knowing what vehicle a P375N was. Once I got my Ranger I decided to name it P375N, because that's what I originally knew it as. Not surprised you got it. (:
  9. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Added new decal to the back window: Which of you "Ranger" owners can tell me what a P375N is???
  10. My Ranger Gave The Last Full Measure of Devotion

I think it's not so much what we did wrong, it's just that childhood has changed. In my youth we rode bikes, made gocarts, played sports and did physical things that made the transition to driving easier. More recent generations do less physical things with the abundance of technology at their...
  11. My Ranger Gave The Last Full Measure of Devotion

I'm really impressed by your son's honesty. Well done young man. 👏👏👏
  12. leveling kit

I had the Ford Performance level installed at delivery 5 years/58,000 miles ago, and it still drives fine. I like how it takes some of the rake out of the stance.
  13. Trans Flush

Edit: Never mind, I found the answers in the fitzstick instructions. Hello all. Just got home from getting my fitzstick installed and lubegard added. I'm having a hard time finding the process for checking the fluid level. I'm sure it's in one of these conversations, but I thought someone could...
  14. Are You a Cat Person or a Dog Person?

Definitely dogs....no, cats. Call it a tie.
  15. MBS Extended Automatic Transmission Dipsticks now available

Either you guys are a bunch of con artists, or there is something to this Fitzstick/Lubeguard Platinum thing. I went with the latter. Got both and am eager to get the dipstick installed, and the level checked before deciding on whether to just drain and replace with new fluid + Lubeguard, or go...
  16. Why do you back in when parking?

I prefer backing in. I don't like backing out with vehicles parked beside. The need to swing the front end one way or the other and get as close as I can to the vehicle next to me is less desirable than backing in, which seems pretty easy to me. More often than not I park out back anyway as it...
  17. thank you Admins!!!!!

Now that's funny. The first post (after the original post) got banned, in a thread about admins letting things go. lol
  18. What rock guard system are you guys using?

I have not heard of these (I don't tow) and don't recall any discussions about them. Sounds pretty rare. Hope you can get some advice.
  19. Roof trim deteriorated

Thanks Duke. I saw a black supercab the other day (pretty rare) and I immediately thought "supercab for the win".
