Yes, I have a VIN. I just give it to them, with the order # and they keep telling me build date of 10/19. But they did confirm the tracker will not update until the production process has began.

I check every 3 days orso with ford customer service. Call me paranoid for not trusting the practices of ford dealers for the last few years, but as of yesterday I have an actual build DATE not week. Now it is 10/19 day of. And supposedly it’s been moved to priority code 1. Whatever that means

Hey all, Pat here from Boston. My first car (truck) was a 1997 ford ranger is some weird yellowish color? I’ve driven a whole bunch of other cars and suvs over the last 18-19 years but I have ordered my 2023 ranger and am so happy to be going back to my roots. Glad to be here.

Seems like ford is telling a whole lot of people their build date is week of 10/17……….

I think if the last year is anything to show us is no one really has a clue about anything… including ford…
