The date on the bottom line of the sticker is the date that it went into production on mine. On mine it is Jan 29 and has not changed. It went to the body company on 3/5 and returned on 3/6 which would be the spray in bed liner. Nothing since, still in production, N/A for delivery, ordered...
you need to put a - sign in front of the number, it is just the number of days from the est delivery. It adds to it every day. Mine was built 2/7 and after about 20 days past my 2/17 delivery it changed to N/A. Still in production. Also in Illinois,
We can only guess, but I think top priority to Ford is to keep the line running. The part often quoted as being the issue is the steering wheel. The shortage is probably because of a supplier batch of defective steering wheels that were installed and need to be replaced. They are not going to...
I would not read much into. I have a freight bill pending. My truck has been in production for 6 weeks and delivery is EST as n/a was originally est to be 2/17. Also it is shipped by rail. The freight bill is probably from the rail to the dealer.
I am going to start calling the customer service number in previous post. Dealer goes to zone rep who goes to the next level. Not even the zone rep is getting any answer. I am going to see if my dealer can push Ford for some extra benefits, like an extended warranty. Don't think that is...
Have one in my garage waiting for my truck to get here. Built 6 weeks ago and still in production. Liked the fact that it does not use drain tubes and can easily be removed.
My truck was built on 2/7 and is still in production. It will ship by rail. There is a freight bill pending on the Jack Cooper site. Do you know what triggers it to awaiting shipment? Is it just released to the shipping company or for example does it have to be assigned to a rail car to...
For those waiting like me, does your window sticker specify rail or convoy as the shipping method? Mine is rail and both Ford and Chev inorder to cut costs have switched to rail, but there are not enough rail cars to ship everything they are building. They have thousands of vehicles at plants...
There are a couple of us who have been in production since 2/7. It did move to the body shop for a day which would normally be the spray in bed liner, but that was almost two weeks ago.
My estimated delivery date was 2/17, now n/a. Dealer talked with Ford zone rep yesterday and was told it was in a shipping status. Another truck with the same status was delivered to a dealer a couple hundred miles south of me yesterday. I guess that came from the zone rep. Don't know what...
Could be worse. The C-max has no spare, just a can of sealant and a small air pump. Punctured a tire on highway 101 just after leaving SFO (8 lane freeway). Had to have it towed. One reason the C-max is getting traded in.
