I have credit cards everywhere where they can benefit me ha. For everyday purchases I usually use my amazon card since the benefits are so good, and we do a lot on amazon. Correct me if I'm wrong. Can the points be used towards new vehicle purchase? I thought I read that they could. I know...
Just got an email for a new Ford Credit Card? Rewards come in the form of Ford rewards points. Anybody else get it? Thoughts on getting it? Seems like some decent perks there, especially for big purchases. For example,0% on large purchase like a set of tires and 10% back in rewards (assuming...
Might not be available yet. I know some of the mustang guys I run with have them, you could go that route. Should be similar?

Last week, but I forgot to update. Put led lights in the grille opening. Nothing fancy, just the harbor freight kit. Was going to go with the lightbar, but these ended up easier to mount with little fabrication. I could reposition and add a couple more too as needed. I did have to cut down...
After ~3 weeks, I finally took my lazy self across the street to the hardware store with $.92 to buy 2 M8 bolts to replace the ones for the tie down I had to rob for my swing case install. We'll see how long it takes me to remember to install them.
After I put on wider and bigger tires I am. Especially on the lowers doors. Even with flaps and side steps. I'm considering touching up the chips, then having the lower doors wrapped in protective film.
I like the sound of the chambered mufflers. That's why I went with one on my ranger. Also have a set of flow 40's on my jeep. They just sound better in my opinion than the "turbo" style or glasspacks.
Picked up a passenger side tool box from the dealer using my rewards points. Pretty simple job. Would have been better if ford provided the correct amount of tie downs and bolts. I just robbed them off the other corner for now. The guy at the dealer told me his buddy uses his as a cooler at...
I welded in a flowmaster 10 knock off from summit racing. I love it. Super deep. I didn't want the cackle or high pitch either. I'll recommend it to anyone. There are some clips online from another guy that did it. Cheap too. ~40 bucks for the muffler and another 10 maybe for the pipe...
Is it when you take off in 1st gear? Like a dull roar? If so, that's the engine fan. Caught me off guard first couple times too. Unless you're talking about something else.
Thanks! I kinda enjoy learning the process. Really gotta pump in the amps for aluminum, which I knew. Just didn't realize how much. A liquid cooled torch would have been nice ha.
Fire extinguisher finally installed. Sticks out a little further than I like. Maybe I should have done it around the corner where the tie down is. Oh well, if it bothers me too much, I'll go back to the drawing board. My first time tigging up some aluminum. I've only fiddled with steel up...
I don't have one on my ranger, I just painted the exhaust pipe black with high heat paint. I do, however, have them on my mustang. I just scuffed em up good and used high heat paint on them. They have held up just fine. Full disclosure: I don't drive the mustang in the winter salt. Summer...
