Reinstalled my tie down last night while my burgers were on the grill. I didn't even swear or have to look for tools that I just had in my hand!

After ~3 weeks, I finally took my lazy self across the street to the hardware store with $.92 to buy 2 M8 bolts to replace the ones for the tie down I had to rob for my swing case install. We'll see how long it takes me to remember to install them.
