I have had customers get them installed at many shops, it seems the labor charged has been about an hour, which is hopefully 5 minutes reading and understanding the instructions, then it should only take another 20 minutes to install it. Yeah, I know that math does not add up, but if it...
The dipsticks have gone through some minor changes over time, what serial number do you have?
It's on the bottom of the shaft of the dipstick up by the handle. The biggest change was the tip of the dipstick.
I offer free funnels to any customers who bought a dipstick before I started including...
Airline tech, that's brilliant break down of the system logic and very plausible solution, good write up!
I hope this solution gets real world testing! I would do it for sure!
I should have you tackle how to hard wire in a keyless entry pad vs the battery RFID POS. If the BCM has the pins it...
Yes, I was able to do any Forscan mods.... BUT, not sure how much of it's true, the Ford dealer tech who bricked my PCM for 2 weeks and had to call the Ford hotline to reinitialize the PCM and reload the base calibration, he suspected that when I disabled the ASS with Forscan it somehow caused a...
I had done the magic eraser a few times, then I went to Acetone to strip off the oxidized top layer, then I bought these:

$117.89 with the discount code, they are made in and ship from Thailand, I figured if they were bogus I could get my money back...
I tell you, this place has gotten so fkd up, Southern California is like a tourist spot that everyone who came to visit stayed, it's crazy, I'm looking forward to getting out this year.
I do have a out of state address I could use, that may end up being the plan.
What I have done in the past many times is to drill a 1" hole through the center of the core, it does not trip the light and it really picks up the performance.
I would do it to my cat, but if something goes wrong...
I am looking for a stock cat converter, in any condition, good, bad, anything, here in Calif a high flow aftermarket one will not make it through a smog check, I want to get a stock one and "of course leave it stock" yeah, all stock... looking!
Thanks,
Mike
Nothing completed, making progress, the local F150 that I was using for mock up, is a work truck that became too busy to tie up. Plus it's the 2.7, the least requested version.
I have had a post over on the F150 forum for almost a week trying to pull in another truck, almost 100 views, no...
Hey, I'm not Tony  but I can tell you the dipstick is designed to accept a 3/8 poly hose, what is the ID of the 48" hose?
Hopefully it will slip over the 3/8 poly hose, be sure to cut the end of the poly hose at an angle so it slides past the bottom fitting.
This is the hose from Home...
Wow, #7 that brings me back to the beginning of this adventure, as of today I'm at 988 I've made.
And thanks! It was all you early customers that so strongly supported me, I would have never got this off the ground without you guys!!
The 3/8" poly hose from any home improvement center will go right down the dipstick, just cut the end at an angle.
