Exactly. And the remnant of the law-abiding mass that refuses to be controlled then become criminals and are on the wrong side of the law, and usually with worse penalty than those who have broken laws that have negatively impacted other citizens.

Interesting it is only the Lariat, which the article states based on historical sales (meaning that Lariat may be considered more 'luxury?, and XL and XLT owners use the 'Cab' for interior storage, so more have been sold...
