Most dealers have a local "Detail Guy", that does touchup work for them. Usually done mobile, on their lot, and very reasonable. Might be worth asking about.
Not questioning Bulb Coverage exclusion but have never seen a Ford WARRANTY that would cover LOSS of keys. ESP normally will only cover "defects in material or workmanship" and not loss or damage. May be some kind of Hybrid coverage offered thru them.
Do I get a diag fee from the dealer? They will put in an emergency request and Ford will come up with one shortly. It's a simple repair. You'll be "On the road again shortly".........
I feel your pain, STILL! Mine has been like this for 9 days and is believed to be on the train coming this way. I'm down to just ignoring anything on the Vin Tracker.
