My dealer gave me the code, it was in a small plastic bag/wrap. It's a five digit number. Maybe on your glove compartment? PS it's a plastic wallet card. Three bar codes and reads ACCESS CODE on the bottom left. Your five digit code is on the bottom right.

PS - anyone else on this thread considering looking for a part-time sales job at a Ford dealership specializing in factory orders? Just me lol? I'm not joking. I could write a book on how to factory order a Ford at this point.

One of the dozen people I spoke to at Ford this summer told me the (lack of a) COVP holds up a lot of orders. Some dealerships just aren't savvy with factory orders.

Something aint right here. Sorry to be a downer but you should backtrack and get answers. You will get an email from Ford within a week if the dealer used the correct email (I got mine the next day). Also, (to my knowledge) order banks were not open on 8/2. Maybe they intended on submitting it...

I honestly stopped checking the tracker but figured I'd hit refresh and voila! The sales manager was surprised to see me but was super cool and said PDI would go quick. Truck looks good - needless to say I'm excited!!

I think it's a destination. I posted a week or so back and a guy from KCMO found similar info by searching Google for the code in the "ramp one" box. Don is less than 100 miles south of me and I'm curious if his truck has the same destination as mine.

Your Ranger will not show under Reservations and Orders. I was told by a Ford rep that is for specific vehicles only (Maverick, Lightning, etc.). Could be wrong, but...

Getting my Ranger as a tow rig also. I read the manual and it says not to tow for the first 1,000 miles, just FYI.
