Welcome to the forum, Andy. Bluffton, SC here.
  2. Coastal Georgia

Really nice looking trucks in this thread. We should probably plan a lunch meetup for sometime.
  3. Is the OBD2 port specific to the Ranger, or can I replace it with any OBD2 port off the internet?

I guess I'll have to visit the dealer. I can't find the part number Good idea! Will do it now.
  4. Is the OBD2 port specific to the Ranger, or can I replace it with any OBD2 port off the internet?

So.... I got home this morning, after my 24 hour shift, tired as hell. I backed into my parking space as I always do and engaged the parking brake before putting it in park, as I always do. Only, this time I actually engaged the OBD2 port. See, every vehicle I drive for work has a foot engaged...
  5. 18,564.2 miles, and throwing-in the towel

I'm glad I wasn't drinking anything when I clicked that link.... that's fuckin' hilarious. Do these people have a way to track the google car or something, to set this stuff up?
  6. Coastal Georgia

So, I haven't actually posted here (this thread) since getting my Ranger. I ended up not getting the white XLT Sport as planned, but got black instead, from a different dealer. I also moved further into SC, but still frequent the Savannah area. Look forward to maybe meeting you guys some time.
  7. School me on window tint.

Our law enforcement has better things to do than check tint levels.
  8. Tailgate Lettering

The link goes to OEM Magnetic color, which is what I think he meant.
  9. Tailgate Lettering

I have these and they're good, and look nice.
  10. First Damage Has Happened

Progressive is who I had prior to Geico, and who I have now. They've always been great. The only reason I left them to go to Geico was the commercial policy, which I no longer need anyway. Progressive will take care of you.
  11. First Damage Has Happened

I just wish the dashcam had not had a bad battery in it. The moment it came off the windshield and was loose from the power cord, the video stopped and didn't finish writing what was in the buffer to the card. So, we didn't get to see my reaction. There was a lot of cussing going on as I had...
  12. Fuel

    Correct… QuickTrip.
  13. First Damage Has Happened

Pfft.... quit yer whinin'.... This happened to me, one morning while driving down the road. This happened right after covid started. About 40 days in the shop, to replace the roof and stuff. When I traded this in on my Ranger in September, there was still glass that would pop out of the...
  14. Fuel

We finally have a QT here and they usually run about 50 cents cheaper for 93 than some of the non top tier stations are charging for 91. I'll usually drive the few extra miles out of my way to get gas there.
  15. Need Quick Help with Catch Can Install

To clarify.... when you said the orange, I wasn't thinking whether or not you were talking about on top. No, the orange on top is not the PCV. It's the orange port on the bottom, behind an AC/Heater line, behind your driver's wheel. The port I connected to on top went from the orange one down...
  16. Need Quick Help with Catch Can Install

A poster above who’s truck was built in February had both ports down below, like the instructions. But, once you find the orange one, you can just follow hose to the other end, whether it is top or bottom of the engine.
  17. Need Quick Help with Catch Can Install

This is the top of the engine. The black connector is correct for my truck. Apparently, sometime During the 2021 model year, the made this hose run from the bottom to the top. On some 2021 models and all 2019-2020 models, it installs exactly as per the included instructions. But, not mine.
