Hello, My upfitter fuse box cover is missing. I am not sure if I removed it and set it aside in some obscure location, or if it fell out while driving. Would someone with a tremor be so kind as to pull theirs and let me know what the part number is? I greatly appreciate it ?

You can get screws from Lowe's for a buck and change each. I previously linked them. I'll dig it up and edit this post with a link. They are automotive rated bolts designed for this type of usage. Update: Here is my post. I linked the Lowe's bolts there.

I believe so, but can only confirm the factory lugs on my Lariat with Tremor package are 3/4".

As was previously mentioned, they are too small for the factory bolt holes, but they can be mounted to the builtright bedside racks, if you have them.
