I was told that once i had a VIN assigned, I now have price and rebate protection. I took that is, the rebate available now, or the rebate available at the time of delivery. Whichever is better.

Finally officially backed off my bronco order for a a ranger tremor. It just suits my needs much better. Placed the order yesterday, and Ford emailed my VIN today. ? Dealer said build date of Nov 8th, and expects to see it in Dec. Fingers crossed!
