I think it means there have been 19 price changes since the time I ordered my Ranger in February and the time you ordered yours in August.

I would tell my dealer they need to honor the price quoted when you ordered. They should do it. Not your problem that shipping costs increased. My dealer says he will honor my lower shipping cost from my DORA.
