Mike, have you looked into USPS Ground Advantage? It is pretty much the same as USPS Priority Mail but considerably cheaper. Usually 1 day longer for delivery and comes with $100 free insurance and a tracking number.
I always used Priority Mail until this became available a few months ago.
Zero troubles at all. I could access it above and below the Cat. I just used standard length Craftsman combination wrenches. I didn't need a socket or ratchet.
If I can do it with my crooked arthritic fingers, you can do it easier than me. I have faith in your ability.
I just rolled underneath on my creeper and used regular length combination wrenches and had no problems at all. However I made the swap with the engine cold.
