Big day for the catfish! I got my AWE exhaust put on, and those damn running boards removed. I didn't realize how good the black exhaust tips would look on the truck with this particular color.

Can confirm! Back in 2019 when I got my first Ranger, I took a trip out to the northwest most point of Washington State, and hitting those curves in sport mode with no traffic was one of the most fun driving experiences I've had.

Rapid red wasn't bad, but up until this particular truck, my heart always belonged to race red. However when I compare it to HPR, I can't help but notice race red just looks kind of flat.

At a gas station last week, a guy was picking my brain about the Ranger, but specifically about how the auto start stop works. He was convinced that EVERY TIME the truck comes to a complete stop it shuts down.

When did Ford start offering this? I don't remember it being around when I got my 19 Ranger. I've always thought about tuning my truck, but never seriously enough to try it and void a warranty.

Just got home from about a 400 mile trip, which included some aggressive off roading on the beach, and dead stop traffic through Seattle for about twenty minutes. Otherwise the majority of the trip was between 50 and 60 on easy roads. At about 1600 miles, and my lifetime is at 22.6. Not bad at...

Interesting. I've always liked Ford's striped graphics, like on the F150 from about 2012 onwards, and really liked the Tremor and Splash graphics. I had actually planned on putting Tremor graphics on my new truck, but I think they would look very out of place on the metallic hot pepper red paint.

Drove out to the last part of the Washington coast I hadn't been to yet. I'm still getting damn near identical gas mileage as my 19 Ranger.
