Rustoleum Acrylic enamel, several very light coats with lots of dry time in between. 3 weeks later it is holding up perfectly. Did not paint the underside. Probably not enough heat up that high to affect it.

That would easily be fixed by a talented paintless dent repair guy. Most dealerships have a relationship with one.

Received the TVD Vinyl inlays for the Ranger, installed in about 30 minutes. Very good and detailed instructions on their site.

The dealership gave me the one they were going to mount. The 2 screw holes are in the underside of the bumper. So you could take it off just fine with no holes showing. Unless your dealer used something else .

I think you could take some 3M pad and buff that smooth. Works great for rounding off plastic edges.
