It was a bit intimidating at first, but quite satisfying. Took about an hour to remove, and about 15 min to re-assemble.
Need to work out DRL and Blinker issues. Hope Forscan can fix with one of the options.
Brake controller. I have a 26' sailboat that tips in at 7k so getting it going is fine, but stopping is pretty important. The boat actually slows down the truck with the elec/pneumatic disks on both axles.
Not for the feint of heart - but I think it turned out well.
Start with cutting the switch case and trim the round part that holds the rotary dial:
Remove and cut up the mirror switch above the pc board and the screw blank in the facia above - only works if you do NOT have the mirror fold...
