My wife's 2020 XLT has tilting headrests in the front, mine does not. She does not have folding rears, though. Neither do I, but that would be nice. Adding that to the list of stuff I wish I had: tilting front headrests and folding back headrests. Boooo, Ford.
I am aware. When I see used ones that were sold in the past, the general price has been between $150-250. So, that would be around $550'ish, which is a savings. IF there is nothing defective about the unit. PayPal is your friend, in that case.
Plus, they've been backordered. I had ordered one...

Actually, what I wrote is strictly true. They even say it in the part of their webpage that you quoted, as highlighted below. I stand by what I wrote. I'll bet the cable being used is not compatible with some functions of FORscan. And, the developers no longer RECOMMEND ANY ELM327 cables.
My bet is the cable isn’t compatible with all Forscan functions. I went through the same thing with an ELM327 cable. ELM327 cables are no longer recommended by the developers.

I just watched a few videos on it. It may be that they used too much, like when some people put an inch thick layer of wax on their car and let it dry, but it didn't look too easy to completely buff out. But, the results looked like they'd be worth the work.

Since this thread is a sticky, I figured I'd post this in here. Someone may find it useful. Or, maybe it's already a known thing and I'm slow to figure things out.
A week or so ago, I upgraded my charge pipes. During the swap, the longer screws for my DV+ went to be with the 10mm sockets...
So... A week or so ago, when I upgraded to the aFe BladeRunners, I misplaced the longer screws for my GFB DV+ after taking it off the OEM hot side pipe. I firmly believe they went to be with the 10mm sockets. :question:
