I don't see mine either, so you are not alone. I have verified with a call to Ford the order is in their system. FYI, I do have a F-150 Lightning reservation that does show -- which I will be cancelling as soon as my Ranger goes to a build.

As I've learned since ordering, the first requirement to be scheduled is that your dealer has allocation to cover their quantity of orders. Ask your dealer what allocations they have, how many other orders they have, and the order priority (10 to 19, 10 being the best) of yours and the others...
