I'm not familiar with the Freedom Blade. The one I've always used is just called the Putco Blade. The red and white one was the only one that worked properly wth late-model Fords when I sold my business back in 2021, but maybe Putco solved that problem since then. In any case, this one (while...
I haven't done this on the Ranger yet, but did it on my 2022 Maverick XLT Lux when I had it.
Putco is not the only one that will work, but the trick is to use a harness that T-connects the light bar into the tail light wiring instead of the trailer wiring. After I did mine, a number of other...
I haven't figured out how to display my OBD Fusion gauges on the Linkswell screen yet, at least not in combination with the navigation screen. I'll have to keep plugging away at it, but I can just display it on my phone when plowing if I haven't come up with anything by the time the snow flies.
I bought the 2020 PID and ended up using the raw transmission temp (TFT) from that pack. There was another transmission fluid temp one but it said the sensor was unreliable.
In that case, I will tell you not to worry, at least not yet.. A good bookkeeper is about a lot more than plugging numbers into accounts. When I had our business, our bookkeeper worked with our accountant to give us the best look possible without straying too far over the line. Those are...
Applications (or programs) are nothing more than the automation of business processes. Consider, as a potential owner of the business, how you can turn the introduction of AI to your benefit. What are you doing that AI can do instead and what does that free you up to do instead? Again, it's...
The first thing I'd tell you is don't make any plans based on one conversation about AI impact on your field. I don't know you, your boss, or what field you're in but it seems very strange to me that a boss would raise such a long-term concern with a subordinate. There's no good outcome from a...
I'll have to let you know in a few months, since I purchased the plow at a steeply discounted post-season price. It's a Meyer 6'8" DrivePro with a Wingman blade. No lift or levelling kit.
I used to do my own plowing with a 2014 Wrangler Rubicon 2-door using a similar plow setup and I expect the...
Added Putco WorkBlade rear corner warning lights for winter snow plowing
Added rooftop warning light (eBay)
Added the MBS dipstick (not pictured)
Added the Linkswell T-Style Radio (still need to customize display)
Added the VPeak ODBII dongle paired with OBD Fusion
Added the Rough Country flood...
For power, I installed this one:
https://dongar.tech/products/dash-cam-power-adapter-for-select-ford-vehicles-3-pin-type-b-5-pin-type-f
This is compatible with the auto-dimming mirror; if you don't have that, it may not work.
For mounting, I use the adhesive style mount, but added the 3M hook...
It looks like you are missing one prop rod and both adjuster knobs. Ford private-labels these covers from Bak Industries, I think. That looks similar to the BakFlip G2, but it could be one of several brands.
If you go to RealTruck.com (who now owns Bak and pretty much all of the major brands)...
It seems likely that putting the bumper back on is pulling one of the wires or shorting it out during driving vibration. I wouldn't expect any of the wiring locations shown to recurringly blow the fuse.
