  1. Recent trade in values for Ranger?

Same here, I just can't bear the thought of being without my tailgate dampeners! :crying::crying::crying:
  2. Recent trade in values for Ranger?

Sound advice, however I'm almost certain the OTD price you were quoted will definitely change once you spring the trade in factor with them. Here on Oahu (Honolulu) we've just 3 Ford dealers, when I was shopping for a 2019 one of them jacked up the price obscenely because of the truck being new...
  3. Recent trade in values for Ranger?

In view of what you are asking for your '21 S/Cab, I don't think I'll be out of line to ask the same for my '20 S/Cab Lariat because of the fact that it's been driven all of 455 miles. I special ordered it in mid August 2019 and took delivery on January 17, 2020, essentially it's been driven...
  4. Is there any disadvantage to a SuperCab?

Entirely possible, however I question the financial wisdom on Ford's part in retooling to produce a S/Cab on an existing platform already in production, it seems like a major "faux pas" on their marketing research program. Not that I doubt you, but it does seem odd that Ford would purposely...
  5. Is there any disadvantage to a SuperCab?

For the hell of it, I visited Ford's website to build and price a 2024 Ranger, it seems as though the S/Cab has gone the way of the Unicorn... Guess there won't be a "Ford In My Future" anytime soon, at least not a Ranger (and most definitely not a Maverick)!
  6. Recent trade in values for Ranger?

For many years Hawaii residents would work with new car brokers and take delivery of a new vehicle in Oregon, drive it 1K miles (not hard to do at all) on the mainland then ship it back to Hawaii. Once the vehicle was landed, it was considered a used car (because of the 1K mies) and taxed at a...
  7. You might be a Redneck if...

Good eyes! you are absolutely correct, and yes the tire does look to be millimeters away from the seat...
  8. You might be a Redneck if...

For sure the Hoosier slick does not rotate, not with that pillow bearing attached to it, my guess is that the bottom of the slick is hollowed out, with the actual drive tire rotating within...
  9. You might be a Redneck if...

That is one peculiar drive setup!
  10. You might be a Redneck if...

There is a saying in Hawaii used particularly when playing billiards, but it easily applies to this gem. "Drunk no count" I'm wondering how many beers "Bubba" consumed while he designed this engineering marvel and how many more during the hapless minivan's transformation. Quite a few, I'd...
  11. You might be a Redneck if...

ROFL! And here I thought that 10 foot long CVS receipts for a single item purchase only existed in Hawaii!
  12. You might be a Redneck if...

    You do have a point!
  13. You might be a Redneck if...

True, however the resourceful, yet even more irresponsible redneck would just plop the cooler in the playpen alongside the child...lol
  14. You might be a Redneck if...

Hmmm, I disagree, I've found that Torx bit drivers are vastly superior...lol
  15. FYI...dog food recall

To this day the 3 major manufactures of dog kibble still experience recalls in one way or another. They are: Mars Corporation Nestle Purina Hill's Pet Nutrition
  16. Where’s your dog?

"The cat made me do it Dad!"
  17. FYI...dog food recall

Mahalo for the link, however my soon to be re-homed Frenchie will not be fed kibble in any shape or form... I learned the hard way from my previous Frenchie's demise that kibble is way too high in carbs and fat content, it's just some nasty, over processed crap... Just saying.
  18. Where’s your dog?

    What a beautiful animal!
