I'll look when I get home... I probably didn't pay close enough attention. It looked like a charge to me... I assumed it was to covered the time it took to go in and disable it... and why not in this day and age?
One day burger King will wise up and say "have it your way... for a nominal fee...
Nice! I bought one for my old car and got rid of it before I got around to installing it...
With my Ranger, I lucked out and the dealer spec'd it with auto start/stop delete when they ordered it. I happily paid the extra $50 dollar charge that came with it. ?
I'd say I literally can't feel...
I suppose anything is possible. S3M got back to be. Icon first requests I disassemble the bushings again and dunk everything in grease to ensure that no parts are allowed to interact without grease coating every inch of everything... then if it still squeaks follow up with a warranty claim.
Not...
Awesome thanks for the info. I'll take a look.
How do you like the builtright panels? They're next on my list, but I want to make them work with my BedRug.
The certified tech and I that did the install used greases recommended by icon. They have a YT video regarding greasing the Delta joint and I purchased the same grease they used in the video (consistent with what they call for in the picture) and went with Lucas red n tacky per their...
I don't think so. Had two different technicians go over the install. One is a GM certified Class A tech, the other owns and operates a highly regarded auto shop in my area known for their suspension and alignment work (a lot of race car work too). They both went over everything and saw no issues...
On the ground under weight... second tech thought maybe we'd done it in the air and repeated the process after re-greasing everything up again. Sounds stayed the same.
I'm at least hopeful If you're saying they should be whisper quiet. Though I can't imagine there is anywhere else for grease to...
Finally got around to this...
Currently running eibach 2.0 in front and rear, Icon tubular upper control arms, and readylift anti-intrusion bars.
Wheels are KMC KM718 Summit 17x8.5,+18offset
Tires are Falken Wildpeak AT3W 275/70R17
Visually - very pleased
Audibly... something is left to be...
I'm a fan of everything you've done here. My work van is outfitted with packout, and I agree it's a great solution for storage. Plan on doing the builtright panels with their new milwaukee mounts.
Is that a 5lb propane tank, and what mount did you use to secure it to the panel?
Gotcha. I wasn't looking to modify anything... and the paint job on mine was not impressive, so I returned them. Red ford performance tow hooks for now ?
How did the shackle conversion mounting hole line up with your skid plates mounting holes? Mine wasn't even close and I didn't want to modify my skid plate.
I'm hoping to be putting mine in next week. I do have the benefit of my co-worker having a 3 car garage with a lift to work in though. If we hit any snags I'll give you a heads up.
Thanks I'll take a look.
The inverter does have built in GFCI protection, so I think it might be ok.
Against my better judgment ?, I glanced at the manual for the inverter and it specifically says not to use in close proximity to the battery, so my all-in-one solution is not looking feasible...
