There are several threads ongoing that are asking about tire fitment, so in the interest of getting all these threads merged into one, hopefully we can use this to aggregate it all.
I'll start:
Stock OEM Tires sizes:
2wd/4wd XL/XLT - 255/70R16 (30.1" x 10")
2wd/4wd XL/XLT - 255/65R17 (30.1" x...

Good pics - the big concern is @ full lock that clearance goes way down.
I think up one size from 65 to 70 is doable, I'd be hesitant to go much beyond that with stock setup but I think it would work.
There may be a free fix, but here is aftermarket solution "coming soon" also:

*Update - it's now available for pre-order:
Yeah, there is less than a finger width between the stock 265/65's and spindle assembly, I don't think anything wider is going to fit. If you wanna run 285/70's I'm guessing you'll have to get a reduced offset rim. The raptors can get away with it since they have the flares. I also don't...
As a FYI I reached out to Stage 3 that has Fox stuff for the overseas Ranger:
"Hello, I think it may work but hard to say 100% im sure Fox will be releasing fitment here shortly as soon as they do we will get everything updated. I would hold off for a minute till Fox releases something."
Correct.
I also don't think you can go much wider either unless you get rims with less offset. The tires as it stands now are VERY close to the spindle, like 1/2 a finger width.
Yeah, played around with my lock to lock, the front looks to be the limiter. I bet 32's will work but I agree 33's are probably off limits until the bar is removed...
