Check and see if they are rubbing on the knuckle. If so then you’ll need spacers, if not then you’re good to go.
If you do end up needing spacers, chances are you’ll have to trim the crash bars some more.
I’m positive that the 0.8” ground clearance that ford says the tremor has is not from the suspension. The only way to raise the ground clearance is to raise the diff, and the only way to do that is with larger tires.
Rear suspension lifts don’t change how high the diff or axle sit above the...
Which model did you go with? These are won my list of changes I want to make, but I want to make sure that the regular ranger/FX4 coils will be enough to raise my ranger more
That’s for the total ground clearance, which is measured at the rear differential. The 0.8” of additional ground clearance stated by ford is from the larger tires, not the suspension change in the front.
I would contact fox and ask them if those coils will raise the tremor any more than a regular ranger. The 0-3” is for a non tremor, and the tremor is lifted more than them from the factory.
I went to the 2” and love the look, although I don’t currently tow with my tremor. I do have a 1” rear lift sitting in its box in case I decide I want it or do start to tow.
I’m planning on a 1.5” wheel spacer and when these grabbers run out I’ll be going with a 285/75/r17 K02. From what I’ve...
I’ve been searching for a couple hours now, but can’t seem to find any solid answers. When the time comes I’m looking to upgrade my tremor tires to a 285/75/r17. I’ve got a 2 inch level and will either run spacers or get new wheels.
anyone know if the 285/75/r17 will fit in the factory spare...
I don’t have kids, but I was super tempted to buy one when I saw it. According to reviews I saw it’s not good, very weak and the battery doesn’t last.
Every time it snows out here in Colorado I’m still shocked at how crappy the drivers are.
5 minutes in to the first storm with accumulation this year I watched someone try to speed up to make a yellow light left turn (as tons of people do at this turn on dry roads) and proceed to slide going at...
Whenever the bracket does come in you’ll be happy with it. I used that when I put my afn bumper on. It worked great, until I added a 30” light bar on top of the bumper, which partially blocks the sensor. My plan is to see if I can add something to work as a spacer to raise the bracket ups few...
I’m not sure if there is a difference other than the color.
That said, I recently replaced my tremors bumper with an AFN front bumper which replaces the stock skid plate as well as the small plate behind it, and when I pulled the stock skid plate off I was surprised at just how thin it was. The...

Anybody seen this yet? Looks like it should work with our rear axle. It’s very tempting for when I up my tire size.
