Had my transmission replaced under warranty at 59k, same symptoms as many here have mentioned. EGR was replaced by me months before it went in as I thought that may have been the issue. I now I have about 7k on the new transmission, 67k on the truck, and while it's better once up to speed it...

Just did the update and the Add service feature is back on the app Go to service/reference/service history. Top right corner you will see an "Add" Highlighted in blue.. AND, it actually works!!!:thumbsup::beer:

2020 60,350 New Transmission at 59,654 Warped rear rotors at 6k, Ford would only resurface and place old pads back on, lasted 1k :mad:. Replaced with new pads and rotors myself. Blend door now acting up..:facepalm:

Got the truck back on 7/13 as promised, total of 12 days in the shop. Wow, just wow, it's like driving a whole new truck, really makes me think it was bad from day one. No more jerky shifts, clunk in reverse. Feel very fortunate considering the hell others are going through to get their trucks...

Wow, sorry to hear that, frustrating to say the least. Ford really needs to step up and start a recall, its getting old!

Ugh!..My 2020 is in the shop for a new tranny as we speak, supposed to have it back today. Fortunately it was a smooth process for me, one test drive and in the shop it went on 7/1. If your getting the run around call Ford, the reps can be quite helpful.. 1-800-392-3673. Wishing you the best...

Agreed, glad they skipped all the BS and went to the known fix. Reman or new, Well, I was told I was getting a "new" transmission, but that may just be a term they use to say it won't be a "rebuild". I will ask next time I speak with them. I would agree it must be cheaper for Ford to Just toss...
