I have grabbers in 275's. Bought as a set with new wheels from Discount Tire. They are great tires with a lot of bite. That being said, they throw rocks and gravel a lot in my case. Even with mud flaps and nerf bars, I've gotten a lot of stone chips in the rockers from these tires. Just be...
I usually back in my driveway at night, so I'm only going forward in the morning. I do however get some weirdness on the 3-4 shift though when it's cold. I usually just try to drive slow through the neighborhood so it doesn't shift that high and give it some extra time to warm up. That helps...
I also have +18's on a 2 1/2" front level. They sit out just a touch. Anything more than that and you are looking into aftermarket fender flares. Not a bad look in my opinion, just more money.
All four wheels and tires (17" silver painted aluminum with stock Bridgestone Duelers) from 2019 STX package. Only ~600 miles, driven less than a month. Zero curb rash. Sensors and lug nuts included. I would prefer to meet with buyer instead of shipping since they are large items, but I will...
Fair points. And I also have an eco not a 5.0. I think they look pretty good on the 5.0's. I like the look of the intake runners on top. As far as the truck goes, mine doesn't see a whole lot of off road. But, I could see how a cover could help there. I guess I'm just an old soul and like...
I guess I'm in the minority here, but I don't like engine covers. Look silly to me. I like the mechanical look of the engines. I took the one off my eco mustang and threw it on the shelf right after I got it. Now those guys are nuts about their covers. The paint schemes are pretty wild...
I have a mustang in Kona Blue. It's a great color when it's clean, but it's terribly difficult to keep clean. I wouldn't buy it again. I would go ruby red or lightning blue like my ranger. I do like the new velocity blue too though.
Made some rewards points today is all. The old man needed some tires and doesn't internet. So I ordered what he needed on my rewards card and he reimbursed me.
Then got an email from Ford that I could earn 1,000 points by selecting my preferred dealer. It's not much, but it was a quick 5...
Hmm I didn't know that existed ha. Yeah I was careful doing mine. I stayed far away from the main wires. Used a real small bit so the idea would be that the hole would kinda "seal" around the wire.
I drilled a small hole in the upper right side of the rubber firewall boot where the main harness goes through. About the only thing I could come up with.
I plan on buying things from the dealer only if the price is competitive and if I can install it myself. I'm not paying their install fees. Honestly, the only time I have really been to the dealership was for alignments after raising or lowering (mustang and ranger, both). I think for the...
Well I did it. Pulled the trigger on the application. Will recieve in 7-10 days. I think I may buy my gas / insurance with it for now and see how quickly it adds up. Small amount = some accessories from the parts catalog. Big amount = down payment on a bronco??!! A boy can dream I guess.
Is the Ford pass card plastic or stainless steel? I can't find an answer online. I have an amazon card and a verizon card in stainless and that's kinda cool. A lot of cards are moving that direction.
The ford card is superior in a couple categories to other cards is only why I bring it up. I have had the quiksilver since college (1.5% like the freedom). I never use it now. There are a lot of good cards out there today. What really intrigues me about Ford is all the auto related points...
You're better than I am then. I want one for myself (manual) to go along with the ranger and my mustang (and jeep, and motorcycle). Honestly I don't know what her problem is haha.
