6'0", never hit it, but I have short legs, 32" inseam. I have rotated the 4wd selector though with my knee, but seem to have adapted my entry and exit procedure to not do this anymore.

I would have gotten a supercab if there was one available when I needed one. Bigger bed, same driving characteristics, solo 99% of the time. Have always had cab and a half trucks, 4 doors is a waste of money in my opinion. (unless you need the space)
