You being in Canada, I’d say it’s a must! Lol link below. The complete harness is nice and if you go that route, I recommend at least considering keeping the relay inside the cabin and possibly tapping into the passenger compartment fuse box with an add-a-circuit. That way you would be able to...
Mounted on plastic piece underneath radiator shroud/cover. Might not be the most stable mounting point but its sufficient enough for some offroad use here and there for me. Didnt notice any erratic movement on some vacant roads either. Not the best picture but this is taken through the grill...
Rewired my fog/sasquatch lights lol Previously had the wireless warn light switch but it was a bit inconsistent. Decided to use the overhead console next to the garage door opener I put in recently. Also pre-installed another switch which I’ll get to eventually.
Had a nice piece of cedar left over from a table I made a while back so I decided to use it as a divider/organizer. Since I will have a car seat installed for quite some time I figured relocating the jack and accessories here would be a good idea too. So far after several days of vigorous...
Ah, I gotcha. I know you’re in Florida but if you don’t mind, do you notice a smell after putting the heat on for a minute or two? I’m wondering if these new blowers produce the same smell or not.
So the question that remains, is the smell gone? Because my Ranger has that burning/melting crayon smell that just makes me sick after a few minutes. Built 3/27/19.
Nice! I just checked my UPR can and it had about 2 tablespoons worth in the 2 weeks it was on, driven maybe 200 miles tops. This being my first ever catch can, what was your consistency like?
Got tired of using my crappy handheld garage door opener so decided to put in something better and more reliable. Snagged one of these bad boys off ebay. Wired into the driver side fuse panel with an add-a-circuit. The little white dots light up very slightly and the little home lights up orange...
Couldn’t find it in the screens. I checked the manual and boom, page 60. Press and hold the lock and unlock for 3 seconds to switch from two stage to one stage. Worked like a charm. Thanks!
Actually just added this last weekend and love it. Works from much further away than my handheld remote. Ended up putting it right behind the courtesy lights on the headliner. Wired it up using an add a circuit to the fuse panel by the drivers side kick panel.
edit: added photos
I notice this almost daily on mine from day one. Have about 5500 miles on it. The only time I don’t notice it is when there’s at least just a little background noise but I’m sure it always there. I’ve been running the best possible fuel (91 in my area). I’ve added some octane booster just to see...
I have a Pace Edwards Switchblade that works and looks very nice. One thing I’m curious of is water drainage. Like some other tonneau covers, it comes with drainage tubes that are supposed to go down to the bed, in which the standard install procedure shows the drainage tubes just draining into...
Yep, I was just about to make a post on this and saw the thread. My passenger window is quite slow too. I have also noticed the passenger window will speed up when I let off the driver window button. Not a big deal but yet another thing I feel like Ford didn’t polish up before selling these Rangers.
I’ve felt this before too and was trying to figure it out. I feel it after a left turn I always take leaving my neighborhood on the way to work in the morning. I feel a vibration in the gas pedal then it goes away. Lane keeping system off, 4wd off, not sure what it can be. XLT FX4.
I actually didn’t know much about the lightforce bracket until you had mentioned it, thank you! It does look great and definitely a top contender for this project. I saw their website, a tad pricey but will be worth it since I’m keeping this truck for a loooong time. I’m also putting in a...
