Not in the Ranger but my wifes Town and Country, hauled everybody to my grandaughters choir recital and after the show, we went to the local icecream stand and parked next to this.
Reolaced the windshield, caught a rock west of Indy on I 70, had a local shop do it and the calibration as well. $250 deductable.
Windshield $1282, calibration $200, other parts and labor $210.
I attached the calibration readout for those that might be interested.
Alright, going to weigh in on the AM, personally I use all types of radio, AM, FM, XM, internet, just what ever strikes me at the time. Used to listen to Cardinal baseball 50,000 clear watt KMOX 1120, with my 9 volt transitter radio under my pillow in bed so my mom wouldn't catch me. Got our...
Just went and looked at mine plus read through the thread Dave mentioned, looks like if you push in while pulling the strap it will release some pressure and the armrest will come down. Maybe a spot of lube on the latch once you have it open will help future deployments.
Hard to believe, Brewers were in the American League in 82 and the Cardinals beat Harvey's Wall bangers in the Worlds Series. Augie Bush was known to walk out of restaurants if they did not sell his beer but I get the the joke.
Don't forget Red Ball Jets. I wore PF Flyers mostly when my mom forced me to wear shoes. I could walk across gravel with out wincing, a lot different now. By the way, you can still get PF Flyers as that is what I wear in the summer time now, my wife hates them.
I keep a lethal mousetrap in the back floorboard of the Ranger, have not caught any lately. Didn't even get the guy that serviced the truck last week. Also have placed Fresh Cab rodent repellent from our local farm store in the glove box and so far no new signs of mice.
The hobby has changed so much in the last few years, my 8 channel Futaba would probably not be welcome at the local flying field and almost everything is electric as opposed to fuel. Kudos to you for retaining the skills to fly a chopper.
I flew RC airplanes for years and can tell you it takes a huge amount of skill to fly a RC chopper. Anyone can fly a drone but a chopper is way beyond that. Well done.
I had a mouse problem this summer, live trapped 1 five times, finally set a lethal trap and that was that. I have kept the trap set and baited in the truck ever sense then and have not caught anymore mice. I also have a black snake living in my shed were I park the truck. I have never seen him...
Participated in a soldiers funeral. He died at Pearl Harbor and was just recently identified through DNA testing. I wimped out and my bike stayed home so the Ranger got the duty...
