Push the power button on the radio is the easier way. :) On stop/start, I just disable every time I get in the truck. I also have had a few occasions where the truck would turn off only to start when I place in park.

Would we still need the passenger door module to enable that switch to have auto up/down?

There is an install option on the ford accessory site for $12.50. Try selecting that and see if it is honored.

Not a fan of the shifting strategy at all and running in sport mode isn’t always preferred.

Mine came with the 4 pin already. So, you only need the 7 pin if you are also installing a controller for heavier loads.

I was able to get mine done on Saturday. Other than they had difficulties doing it (almost 4 hours), I don’t know what they had to do. They ended up only charging me $20 to install it.

I was told by my service department today that it can only be done with their computer. I spent about two hours on it before I gave in and called.

I have the 902 MHz version. They say $45 and can do it tomorrow morning. We shall see.
