See Ranger commercials frequently on Cardinal baseball, Fox Sports Midwest. That's about all I watch this time of year. My condolences to any cub fans out there.
Can we delete this and start all over? I did pop something in my elbow while opening the tailgate while I had a armload of stuff, call me sissy boy but I want the damper, hell, I want it motorized.
I got my cover from Realtruck, cheap Gator but it serves my purpose, think they had a policy where you could return and get something different if you wanted, no issues here, they just sell the product so hard to see what the problem could be. I would like to upgrade to a hard flush mount cover.
I have always hated idleing the engine, why not have it shut off? Appears there is an extra battery under the hood so that takes care of starting, just my guess, I get more annoyed when it doesn't shut off.
Not sure where to put this but the paint is chipping on my factory running board braces, appears to be one coat and the bare metal is smooth and shiny so no primer or prep work was done prior to painting. The dealer says it appears rocks caused the chips and I should buy mud flaps to protect the...
Taking my wife's mini van for an oil change is quick and easy. The Chrysler dealer has a nice new lounge, TV and WiFi. 45 minutes tops when just dropping in for the express lane. No Express lane at my Ford dealer, have to make an appointment but they are fairly quick. Their lounge area is bad...
The way you drive has a lot to do with mileage, does not mean you can't have fun. Another member of my family who shall remained unnamed thinks the gas or the brake has to be engaged at all times while I scan ahead for traffic, lights and will coast when I know I may have to stop or slow down...
In the good ol USA, if you drive into 30 inches of raging water and get swept away, you sue the manufacturer of the truck, in Europe and other parts of the world they say you're stupid, not our problem.
Looking at the pictures of the global Ranger, that placement looks about right. I would rather use a bracket, thinking something with mutiple holes and a pin you could move around to experiment with the best placement.
Mine arrived today, the hillbilly in me wanted to make it work, how hard could it be? The top bolt is too small and the bottom bracket does not fit correctly, however, I think any decent machinist could make these parts. But I am not throwing good money after bad and will return, like TG Ranger...
Everything on the website indicated it would work on our trucks, I emailed them and told them to stop shipment and refund the money. They created a label 3 days ago and has not moved so they may have run out of product.
I ordered one, says it will fit 2019-2020 Ranger, if not they will get it returned but from what I read we will all be pleased. Mine should be her by Friday.
The dealer can make or break the experience for sure, bought a new 2004 Taurus and a 2004 Dakota from the same out of town dealer, service was appalling. Will never go back and let them know why and anybody that will listen. My home town dealer has been great and my 87 year old mother takes her...
Those are HID, I have not heard to many positives about HID. I went with a LED bulb in my 04 RoadKing and so far am satisfied with the light output, I read the HID are fragile and did not want to risk a headlight failure. Found the following just doing a search:
Xenon HID headlights, or...
