Rubicon take offs are going to be 285/70-17 - they come with 33s which do fit if you remove crash bars.
You won't get a 285/75 to fit without trimming and removing parts
No, your bulbs will not fit. You'll need the H7 bulbs that the PROs use.
The low beams will act as DRLs but it can be changed in the truck menu. You do not need to use Forscan at all.
These are from one of the FB pages... To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'm happy I went with the $600 Alpharex lights.
For reference, here's my setup with drop in replaceable LEDs.
That's weird. Mine operate perfectly in auto mode. Try turning off the DRL from the truck menu. That turns off the lower voltage operation - I wonder if that's what's messing up some bulbs for people.
I posted a thread a while back after wiring some pods to it.

This weekend I added a couple more pods and a small light bar on my bed rack. So now I have my ditch lights, two side pods facing...
Picked up a pretty heavily used KB Voodoo bed rack made for a 3rd gen Tacoma today for a decent price. Going to get to modifying. Basically as it sits, it's 1 and 1/16 too wide to fit in between my bed rails. Plan is to cut the vertical faces off the existing brackets and use clamps like these...
I took a 3/16th drill bit and drilled the center of the screw out. Don't need to re use it anyway, and if I pull them in the future I'll replace it with one of the standard push pin clips. I absolutely hate those screw out retainers.
It may be with the stock housings, but with the Alpharex and the H7 bulbs it is not. You hit the supports directly behind the housing with the fan area of the bulb.
That's going to be a very involved process unless someone is willing to throw the lights in and take the truck out without the valence. You can't swap from the halogens to the LEDs while the lights are in the truck. There's not enough room.
