This past Saturday I finally buttoned up my exhaust system and installed CVF's Catted Downpipe. 15mm gear wrench and THIS breaker bar made things a lot easier than I was reading/expecting. Biggest pain in the butt was the top bolt closest to the limited edition engine cover. Took about 2 hours...
So far all of the screws have been free spinning from the start but not backing out. Maybe I need to put a little pressure on the back of the screw as untightening. THanks for the info.
Not sure what they are called exactly but I tried to pull and unscrew, hold outer ring and unscrew inner, yank on it etc. Are you suppose to rip them out 1 time use? Do I need a special tool? Thanks!! Trying to get my downpipe installed.
Bummer, he could have already been sick. One thing I use to look for when picking out a fish is ask an employee to throw a little food in the tank and pick one that goes after it. Another sigh is healthy looking fins that are expanded fully. Good luck on the tank.
Did you use normal tap water by any chance? When starting a tank I would reccomend something like API® Quick Start Aquarium Cycling Water Conditioner. When doing water changes something like API® Stress Coat Tap Water Aquarium Conditioner helps their slime coat and promotes healthy bacteria...
They sell hydro sheilds that help bead/repel water. Not the perfect solution but adds a little more protection. But yeah, if youre planning on deep puddle driving I would choose a different CAI.
I bought mine for about 280$ from goturbo here, at the time I was able to use the code fall and save even more. Possibly chek online for coupon codes. I have also seen them cheaper here but they are sold out at the moment.
Hows your Injen PF9071WB Cold Air Intake holding up? I've had mine on about a month. Does yours also have a noticible suction noise when throttling it? Just wanted to check in to see if its just mine.
If youre in the market for a blacked out 3rd brake light they sell them. I bought THIS ONE on Ebay and have had zero issues. I did have to partially drop the headlner to install it. Having the window in the back made this a little more "difficult" but not really an issue if you take your time...
I would have to say that the thicky thick rating sits at or around the range of very thick. Wouldnt quite call it thickest but in some circumstances it can be.
Kind of a related story. My biggest mess up was with my first 4x4 vehicle, 1999 isuzu rodeo, was taking it to a brand new drive through car wash at a gas station. The water pressure blasted the clear coat off the top. Sure enough in the fine print it said not liable for damage caused to vehicles.
