Pretty much…..lol. My buddy down the street ordered one day after me and his production date is one month after my production date. I believe it had to do with dealership allocation.

They mount it where you want it. I myself was planning on making a few bullet proof brackets to support it by the OBD port. I was going to mount it by the kick panel underneath the dash and move the OBD port over an inch or two for a nice clean look.
