700 miles in and averaging 20.6. My commute is 11 miles and it’s on a highway with red lights, so not exactly city, not exactly highway.
I am changing to full synthetic at 1000 miles (not sure if that will help) but it’s going in a few weeks on a 2200 mile round trip excursion…hope to get at...
A lot of you here may not know about Harris Teeter, but it’s a grocery chain here in NC, VA, and SC.
Some locations offer fuel which used to be branded BP (and maybe some still are?), but a newer store near me the fuel station is unbranded.
it’s a convenient location for me (and an easy in and...
Three times in the past week I’ve gotten a final warning letter that my factory warranty on my brand new 2022 Ranger is about to expire, so act quickly! ??

I’m hoping there is no contact between the door and fender, but it is a concern. Although there is more of a gap between the 2 than the passenger side, so that should mean I’m good (fingers crossed! ?)

AS long as there is NO possible contact...
thanks! Overall a non issue though? Dealership isn’t close, but not far either. I’m just not usually nowhere near the area and would rather wait until I have a reason to be to pop in and ask for an adjustment.
Although I could take it to any Ford dealer?
Do you think the fender or door (or both) need adjusting? I shouldn’t have an issue with the door rubbing the fender? That’s my biggest concern. There is a good gap between fender and the door so I should be okay there.
I noticed that either the drivers door is bowed out a smidge or the fender needs to come out a hair right under the XLT badging.
Last pic is the passenger side and you can see it’s more flush.
Honestly I think it’s really a non issue, just a small mis-alignment that if I take it back to the...
The initial tank of gas no sure octane but I have Exxon 93 in it now. Truck had 169 miles on it when I bought it.
It’s been mostly stop and go, with some short highway bursts.
It’s “city-ish” driving. I’m just fascinated that it’s saying 19.3 the last several days. Overall I’m pretty impressed with the mileage.
In a few weeks it’s going on a 2200 mile road trip so interesting to see the mileage then.
My Ranger has only 527 miles on it and I know mileage will improve as the engine gets some miles on it but I have been averaging 19.5 each day for the past 4 days. It’s only to work and back and the same route but am I that consistent of a driver? Or could the computer be broken?
I'm not gaming on the roadway, I want to listen to my music apps and I burn through my unlimited data plan rather quickly because their is no such thing as an unlimited data plan. :)
I did call Ford Customer Service and turns out they can do anything over the phone, fix tires, repair engines, apply wax, etc. EXCEPT turn on wifi hotspot SIM cards. :)
That’s what I am thinking but the fact I have to go to the dealer again for them to see if they can activate the SIM card is getting exhausting. ?
I would like to find a way to tell them to shove it I don’t need your stinkin’ hotspot. ?
Anyone not use the wifi hotspot? Should I just get unlimited data plan? I have unlimited calls but only so much data per month to use.
Dealership didn’t activate the vehicle SIM card and it sounds like it’s going to be a PITA for them to do it. ?‍♂️
UPDATE:: hotspot now suddenly works AFTER I...
I admit my Ranger isn’t uncomfortable but could be a little better. Maybe I just need to play around with the seat position a tad.
I am taking my Ranger on a 2200 mile round trip excursion next month and I should get plenty knowledge by then.

I test drove a Bronco Sport and overall it was nice, but I couldn’t get comfy in it. In fact, I got a severe headache within minutes of driving it.
When I got back to the dealership I saw a velocity blue ranger out of the corner of my eye and took it for a quick spin and bought it!
Would you do $100?

I would have my son in Raleigh pick up. I don’t need the carpet, just curious about the weathertech mats if you have them. Husky are on sale new on A,axon, and was gonna pull the trigger, but…
