I used it on my old '09 Ranger. I had Outdoor temp, Engine temp, speed, and MPG displayed. haven't used it on my new one.

No? I am not hearing any noise at all on Auto Start/Stop.

Just in town driving, I've gone down to 2 miles. Avg I'd go to 10 miles. But if road trip, then fill up before leaving town.

Mine throw low heat when it stops on Auto Start/Stop, and heats up super quick when it starts up again. I know there's an electric heat is used at the start of the truck to warm the air up quickly on a cold start.

The smell was outside of the truck when I did the remote start the other night, and a few weeks ago, it was gone once we started moving. I'll have to explore more later on when I am off on Monday, and look for the burn marks.

Last night as I was on the train, I did a remote start on my Ranger, and started it about 5 minutes before I got into the station. As I got near my truck in the parking ramp, I smelled this hot rubber/tire smell, and I did a quick walk around my truck and didn't see/hear anything out of place...

I have no issues with the Auto Start/Stop. I never felt I was faced any danger, or other issues. As others has said, you'll get used to it, and learn how it works. As soon I start pulling my feet off the breaks, it's already started up by the time I am off the breaks, and touching...

No issues for me in Minnesota. We've had a couple below 0 days here, and I never looked to see if mine was full at the time I took delivery of my truck. I've used the wiper sprayer a few times, so I am guessing the dealer has topped it off, or Ford had it full from the factory,.

On my XL, I had the control turned off, and when I did a remote start in the summer, the A/C came on, and now the defrost/floor comes on high speed, and when I turn the key on, the it reset to what i had set before.
