I know this has been asked quite a bit but I thought id ask again while scraping through the forums
Just found out my driver side leaf spring snapped and im looking to finally upgrade and what to see what everybody is currently running, im know of the EMUs & Icon kits and also the tremor swap...
understandable if i was driving around with it regularly it REALLY bother me but the plan is to make a hoist in the garage so i can just take it out for camping otherwise ill be dailying my tonneau cover
tbh im the same it already bothers me a bit ? but ill get a different one down the road or maybe even a camper but this is just for temporary camping right now mainly because my dog hates tents lol
I present to everyone the $200 “good enough” topper/cap lol
it sits on the bed great, a little long in the front but the width is good ill have to do a couple mods but overall its fine
for reference i have a 2019 5ft box and the cap if from a 5ft(technically 5’2ish) 2020 Colorado
without a doubt i assume ill have to make some mods if it evens fits to begin with, but i just wanted it for camping in and since its so cheap i was like might as well give it a shot
?Lol i assumed people probably ask this alot just like tires sizes, regardless i thought might as well ask since i may be getting one for super super cheap
thanks for advice?
i know its a very specific question and i understand all caps are made differently but was wondering is anyone running a cap for a new style colorado/canyon on their ranger and made it work?
If so how is it and do you have any pictures of it?

Based of the Michigan plates I wonder if this is the same one I see from time to time parked at nearby ford facility, even once in my neighbors driveway, I live near Dearborn so I seen a lot
i got mine on sale it was in the range of $50-60 dont remember the exact, but it will keep it set even after u turn off the vehicle and back on, obliviously u can just remember to hit that button but i dont want to i forget way too much as it is already lol
https://www.autostopeliminator.com/products/2019-ford-ranger-autostop-eliminator
just use this, ive had mine installed since day one
edit:
so u dont have to remove anything or mess with forscan, and it wont disrupt anything else in the vehicle
I get theres documentation out there of where to, but thought id see if anyone has pictures or a video of where to jack up and put jack stands for the front of the ranger i just wanna be sure so i dont mess anything up
