Agree as the older I get the shorter fuse/patience I have for things that go awry , but I've learned to be careful where and how I do my venting. In the end the OP must advocate for himself and elevate the issue with the warranty company - which hopefully he has already done. So often nowadays...
I don't find towing the NOBO which weighs 4162 UVW as over-taxing the Ranger but it's certainly not close to being as smooth as a full sized pickup, lots of gear changes which become annoying as I often tow through hilly and mountainous terrain in CO, UT and AZ.
From RV fails, I guess it qualifies, I'd be too embarrassed to post this failure. As they say sh*t happens.
Anyone else have dump station injury stories? I was all done, walking to stow the stinky slinky in it's storage when I missed the step off the curb, rolled my ankle, went down, not right...
What mpg do you get towing that at highway speeds ? I nearly bought a Grand Design but went with a NOBO 19.5 - 23' , the NOBO is lighter by around 600 lbs and IIRC not as wide but I don't think that makes a lot of difference . nice rig
Usually the bearings on those pulleys can be regreased, on the 9-5 Saabs I owned all of the serpentine belt pulleys were a maintenance item to be replaced every 60k miles, I didn't replace but cleaned and regreased the bearings.
Didn't mean to hijack the thread but can understand the op frustration, so many simple things become complicated often times caused by people companies hire that understand little about the products or services they represent. Too often gotta persevere and get higher up to accomplish something...
Hooters filed for chapter 11 but my daughter's best friend was super attractive (hottie) and was a Hooters girl, when younger she would have sleepovers at my house. So yrs later took 4 of my customers (all males) to lunch at Hooters and out she comes as our waitress. She says hello and hugs me...
Well if you would be so kind, let us know how much better it tows, recently 2 gents in my neighborhood picked up f150 tremors for towing their TT and both say they should have done it sooner.
I have an L shaped 3 door huge garage - pic shows the single door section which could hold 2 mid size autos back to back, the other 2 door portion can easily accommodate 2 full sized pickups , the house was 2 yrs old when we acquired it and the garage walls were spotless white but since have...
From what I've read is the government owns the land and leases it as you state, but individuals own the house itself. different from the USA for sure, but don't get me started on real estate transactions here in the USA - helped my daughter acquire a townhome in Denver - where real estate...
Mickey and Minnie Mouse go to court to get a divorce.
The Judge, mildly surprised asks Mickey why they're getting a divorce…
“Is it because she's f$cking crazy?” The Judge asks.
Mickey replies:
“No, it's because she's f&cking Goofy”
5 yrs or so back I would not have considered a roo - the ones I had ridden in had uncomfortable seats, noisy interiors, cvt and mostly underpowered, And they weren't on the list of autos for the wife , but when I learned the you could get a turbo outback we decided to look at them. The new...
Why "even Subarus" ? Wife bought an Outback XT last Jan but just yesterday I installed a Curt hitch so we can use her Subie as well as the Ranger to haul our bikes, Subie gets better mpg. Also changed the oil on the Subie yesterday and it is the easiest vehicle to do so that I've ever worked...
One of the reasons I choose 1up because it's designed for taking your bikes down unimproved off pavement roads. Given the cost though I'm surprised how many 1up racks I see around my area - Fruita CO which is a well known place for biking.
