  1. Infotainment Warning Message

From what I've read, the Ranger has a charging system with a mind of it's own. Apparently, you need to put high mileage on it at highway speeds to allow it to charge. And, even then, it's only a partial charge. My 2019 with under 20K miles was showing all the signs and giving me messages, so I...
  2. What happened to customer care and quality service?

Anyone else been around long enough to remember when Ford started the Blue Oval Service program. Dealerships that had exception service reviews were awarded a Blue Oval to display so people knew that they were the best. Unfortunately, they made the awards to ALL the dealers and the service...
  3. Ranger size comparison.

2010 with under 20K when I traded. Still having regrets. :(
  4. Ranger size comparison.

It's all relative. Should have kept the old one. :(
  5. Red Line Goods

That's the employee count. 400 Poles with odd shaped feet. But, they do good work. :like:
  6. Red Line Goods

Not pushing this company, but they make a very nice e-brake boot for the Ranger. Or a shifter boot, if you have a manual (). They're having one of their sales now with 20% off and the code PRIME. https://www.redlinegoods.com/
  7. Tailgating

The closer they get, the slower I go. Eventually, they get the message. Emergency flashers help, too.
  8. What if ....

All my Rangers have been red or a red variant. There is no "what if". :)
  9. Brand New Salvaged Truck!

I saw one of these at the Ford dealer in Chantilly. All that appeared to be wrong was the back glass had been done in. Gives you an idea of profit margin if it is more reasonable to auction it than to replace a window. :(
  10. Broken clip found in bed of truck

I'm thinking it may be part of your tailgate damper. Try opening and closing the tailgate to see if there is a difference. :)
  11. Decals for Radiator Support Cover

I thought about doing this to keep my leather pristine, but the lady at the fast food drive through got rather upset about it. :frown:
  12. Redline Goods

For the most part, quite straight forward and easy - there's a video on youTube, also. You'll need small binder clips and a leather/plastic glue. Clipping to the plastic frame is a little tricky, but it all goes together.
  13. Redline Goods

Carl_sj was nice enough to mention Redline Goods in a post. I ordered an e-brake boot for my Ranger in black leather with stone stitching to match my stone leather interior. I also ordered a shifter boot for my Mazda 2 (black leather with red to match that interior). Both arrived - from...
  14. Dash Warning?

Navigation - turn right here?
  15. Yikes! Are they really this expensive?

I paid less for my 2nd Ranger than the added markup. :frown:
  16. OEM letters

I have the original bought from Ford polished stainless on my 2019 Lariat. I think the manufacturer was Putco. They're holding up quite well, no problems.
  17. Made a boo boo.

  18. Textured or Raised Stickers for AC and other controls

That's the only one I use. I've only had it for 3 years, so I haven't gone any deeper. New things every day/month/year. :)
  19. Textured or Raised Stickers for AC and other controls

"Oh, crap! Where's those little buttons that control fan speed?" Or, go to the climate interface screen and adjust there. Yes, she wants a number and she will confirm it.
  20. Textured or Raised Stickers for AC and other controls

Those were the good old days. I remember drive ins and secluded parking.
