I saw one of these at the Ford dealer in Chantilly. All that appeared to be wrong was the back glass had been done in. Gives you an idea of profit margin if it is more reasonable to auction it than to replace a window. :(
For the most part, quite straight forward and easy - there's a video on youTube, also. You'll need small binder clips and a leather/plastic glue. Clipping to the plastic frame is a little tricky, but it all goes together.
