Might have to do with passing up the parking space next to the big, shiny F150. He's also going to have to get used to pizza and me. He ain't going nowhere soon.
Took lone over to the Italian place to pick up pizza last night. Parked under one of those high-mounted lot lights. When I came back and opened the door, this is what greeted me. Do you think he was trying to tell me something?
Numbers is numbers and numbers can be fudged to fit the argument. The same comparison (Edmund's) puts the old and new Ranger difference at 5.5 inches and the new Ranger and a new F150 difference at 5.5. Again, not factoring in the FX4 package, which adds about 36 inches. Or so it feels like...
Yes, I know what you mean. I love the tech and safety, but the size is a bit much. I'm waiting to see what Ford's small pickup looks like.
(Old Lone and New Lone front ends. And not me.)
Not to take this thread off track, but I had mine done last year. After 60+ years wearing glasses, greatest thing I ever had done to me. Getting used to needing reading glasses is the hardest part - I have them stashed all over the house. You can get them cheep at the dollar store.
My other half thinks adaptive cruise is better than sliced bread. However, we live in the DC area and no matter what you set cruise on, the cars in front of us are going between 0 and 20mph. Drives me and the truck crazy.
Got these back in early December for my b'day. Finally warm enough to stick them on. Can't wait to see how long shiny stainless lasts with my feet. May have to take my shoes off to drive. :frown:
One man's crap is another man's chrome. I, for instance, would be much more embarrassed to be seen in a silver anything. That said, your Ford dealership has access to much farther reaching inventories than you. Work with them to see if they can find a silver one and arrange a reasonable transfer.
Maryland lets you go online and check availability. When I had my 2010, I'd check every now and then to see if anything I wanted was available. Surprised the heck out of me when LONE came up as available. Of course, I took it and it has now been transferred to the new Ranger.
