Here's an old picture of her with him on a leash at the Glencoe campground during a Sturgis rally. He was a fearless creature that would sniff up women's dresses and mark their leg if the time was right. Could chase a chipmunk up a tree and need to be rescued even try to go down a woodchuck...
My 98 sides went up straighter making it feel bigger because the roof didn't curve in like my Ranger. Felt the same size driving, parking, and garage space. My 2005 F350 I stepped up to was huge inside compared to it with room for 3 4 wide seating.
I'm on the leash 😁. Actually we had a Jack Russell that needed reigning in in public places. I loved mine and it was totally trouble free. Only issue was the 7 lug wheels they used made it impossible to find nicer wheels. If the new F150s were still that size, I would have never touched a...
That reminds me of the F250 light duty Lariat supercab that I bought new in 1998. Had 4,000 pound capacity with upgraded brakes, axles, and tires. Was my favorite new Ford and rode really nice. Bullet proof 5.0 6 speed auto drivetrain with shift on the fly 4wd. These are the only pics I could...
Yes I am, I thought it did give the extra 2% on gas. I learn something new everyday. Still cheaper then everyone else that was averaging $4.199 at all the stations we passed on the way.
Drove to Costco for cheap gas and a new grill. Dang these Webers have gotten expensive and heavy. Was 3.879 today minus the 7% 5% cashback. Summer gas finally.
Gave it the spring pressure wash and foam Canon at 34 degrees out there 🥶 after yesterday's snoww melted.
Then checked the oil. Well way overfull so I sniffed it. 87 octane oil I'm guessing, at about 800 miles since the last Ford oil change with no short trips. Biggest piece of crap I have...
This winter doesn't want to end. Woke up to this with more on the way today.
Very cold windchills. My poor plants are shivering looking out the window
Can't wait for warmer weather to start the garden.
They drove it about 30 miles and looked at that when they did the windshield recall. Basically said wait till it gets worse. Usually the transmission is still in 3rd or 4th gear and jumps to 1 st after stopping when that happens.
My 22 has had it on and off since new. It appears to be skipping down a couple gears just before stopping but not hitting first until just after stopping looking at the indicator. Doesn't occur often but feels like something hit me in the rear when it does. I'm at 7,600 miles now and it still...
Late corned beef and cabbage. The corned beef go on sale the day after St Patrick's day so time to take advantage of cheap meat 🤫. Just have to add the mustard and horseradish 😋. Tastes even better at half price.
Reminds me of when I was about 14 and my dad was putting new shingles on the house. I was heading out to a friend's and he asked me to bring a bundle of shingles up on the roof and help him. I said no and kept on walking. He took a steel framing square sitting next to him and let it rip like a...
