I picked up my Lariat a week ago and the tires were way over inflated, 45/46 on all 4 tires. Not sure why the dealership isn't checking for this before the deliver to the customer. I lowered mine back to 30 per the manual.
Memory buttons for seat and mirrors. This should have been standard on a Lariat.
The wife used my truck yesterday for the first time and I had to put everything back to where I want it. :(
I had memory buttons and A/C cooled seats in my 2003 Expedition. WTF?
Cool - I will order mine today. Were you able to install it without taking the console apart? I guess you can go through the shifter boot? How long did it take you?
Many thanks for sharing!
I would like to hear this has been verified too.
Are you sure this disables it altogether? I thought it just didn't default to On, so changing this value should just change the default state to Off. The button should still work if you decide to turn back on.
just curious - did your factory alarm sound (horn honking) when they tried to break in?
I know you would have to be within hearing range to hear the horn, but did it even trigger the alarm at all?
Does any of the 2019 Ford Ranger models come with a alarm system? I don't see it listed as the features. I assume they all come with a basic factory anti-theft alarm, but it's not listed as a feature / option??
Already got it! Thanks for the fast shipping!
So I have exactly 110 miles on my new Ranger. Should I wait for a break-in period before installing this?
curious is others waited, and if yes, how long?
I tried washers, after 3 on each bolt, it was just starting to touch the latch. I went to Ace and got some plastic 1/8" spacers and it now shuts normal, mild slam. I did not have to mess with the bumpers.
 thanks - I just checked and it's available now

Well it was $46k plus stupid California reg tax and sales tax - Lariat fully loaded with all options available when I ordered it (pre-ordered 8/31/2018)
Just over $50k
Thank you! It's not cool how Ford is dealing with the latch issue. The SSM says don't try to claim this as warranty and also says to just remove the bumper by the latch, if you have the 4th bumper. Mine only has 3 and I still have the issue - build date 02/19. I'm going to try the washer...
I picked up my Lariat a couple of days ago, build date 02/19 and I have 3 bumpers and the I cannot get to latch. So they still have not fixed this issue, which is really lame given how many people have reported this.
The SSM says don't bother with warranty claim, which is also lame. This...
Same here. I got my Lariat Friday and noticed it was not latched. I think there is a TSB already, but I cannot find info on what they will do to fix it.
Anyone else fully resolve this issue yet? The latch works fine with my fingers. It just doesn't engage correctly to latch. Removing the...
IMHO - If you never had a tailgate damper, you'll likely never even give it a second thought because this is normal for the past several decades. However, once you get one and use it, it's a nice feature. I just open the latch and walk away and it would softly go down. The real issue is when...
