I'm assuming a 1000 amp jump starter is adequate for a Ranger or should I go up to 1500amp or higher?
This is what I was looking at: The Noco GB40. Thanks.
You bet...It's a tongue and cheek comment, poking fun at all the oil debates that have been ongoing since the history of mammals, hence the smily face.
I must have missed reading this prior, but you state that 18" wheels are necessary?
I went from OEM 18's to aftermarket 17's, but improved the poke, going from OEM (55) to 18mm with my KMC's. If 18" wheels are required, looks like I'm out.
I'm sure he and Ford investors would like nothing more sell more vehicles in China, but I think Farley learned a lot about EV develop and plans to use this knowledge. No better way to evaluate a vehicle and the platform other than driving it.
I'm eager to see this California Ranger design...

Has your position changed regarding EV's, @AzScorpion ? You basically started this exact topic in 2022 (see below). I've merely started a new one in 2024 based on Farley's recent bombastic commentary...

What will be happen is that we'll see longer drive ranges with EV's, and also hybrid charging like the Scout has so that range anxiety concerns will start to diminish over time. Toyota has already talked about a 600 mile range EV. Even Farely talks of this new California pickup concept having...
Farley has been and continues to be overly transparent to the world about their EV plans. He's telling the world Ford will continue to spend on this front. If anyone doubts it, they are foolish. This doesn't mean by any stretch that ICE just goes away or dies. Farley seems VERY bullish about...
