Was able to get out in the sticks and take some photos, nothing new but the flowers blooming.

The dust covers are on but do not clamp closed completely.

Unfortunately the dust cover did not quite clip in but it’s doing its job about 90%. So far so good.

Your lenses cost more than my complete (very simple) DIY fog lamp setup.

I used some male spade connectors and just plugged them into the factory harness. Heat shrink and tape over that.

Some night shots with the new LEDs. The light from the LED bulbs is so much cleaner than the factory halogen.

I really enjoy photography as many of you have mentioned. I also have a piece of crap BMW I tend to spend way too much money on.

The entire housing comes out and splits into two pieces, once the pieces are apart you can mock it up and see the trimming that needs to be done. After it’s properly trimmed you simply bolt the two pieces back together and it pinches the pods in place. Reinstall the housing and connect the wires.
