Oh... Yeah that is not ideal, as far as the cost I got no idea, the had to take out a lot of the stuff from the front, radiators intercooler etc to get access and it did take about 8 hours as I said so it probably wont be super cheap, no idea as far as parts costs tho. Should be able to take it...
Looks like what happened with mine, for me the oil filter was installed incorrectly after an oil change and I also had a leak in the front crank case, was handled under warranty without any real incidents. It is fine to drive (if you have the same issue i did) just keep an eye on the level till...
Yeah it happens randomly from what I have seen, my 19 did it right around 65k miles. I would say do it sooner than later though, it takes a while to fix and there is really no indication as to when its going to grenade.

Go on ford.com and you can see it there in the vehicle info (you need to login obviously) It will guide you through the process, I did it with a usb and it worked great for me
I mostly use carplay but my phone is paired as well, haven't had any issues with the bluetooth, it always pairs up instantly and I updated to the latest patch last week
For me it did, the new CDF drum design and reflash has worked great, on and off road. Make sure they actually go through the process, because simply the reflash can be insufficient.
Nope not as far as I have seen, our trucks don't have a lot of aftermarket support as it is, even still you don't need something purpose built just something that will work. There are plenty of bags with adjustable straps you could hang there that would work brilliantly, or just keep it loose loaded
Not at all, the light goes off at 50 miles range and if he was well past 50 miles from home it means that he had over 18 gallons of total fuel capacity seeing as he made it home and to the gas station
