Update here. Ranch apparently misplaced the build order. The cap, which was supposed to be here this week, is now 5 weeks out, starting from scratch. I had a cross-country trip planned for next week, so needless to say, I'm disappointed.
I wish I had gone with a 6 footer! Did not plan on truck camping when I got the truck, but now I'm planning a big trip and that would be a lot more comfy!
Just placed an order for a Cab height Ranch Sierra topper with a headliner, overhead lamp, and a tool box in the driver's side window. Went with ranch over leer/ARE because I was able to get all of those options for considerably less than a base model cap from the competition. About $1750 out...
Does anyone have any pics of a ranch echo cap on a supercrew?
This was the cheapest quote I could get at $1330 installed, but I can't find pics anywhere.
Hi all,
Trying to install a swing out tool box in my bed today and ran into an issue: The factory bedliner was applied over the threaded holes that I need to use.
I've tried gouging at them a little with a razor and damn this stuff is tough! Has anyone ran into this problem? How did you...

I like that look! Same truck here. The big 18" wheels just don't sit right with me. I've been looking for a good 16" to swap out but I may end up going w the 17".
How were you able to find the fox/fpp kit for $1250? It is listed at $1500 on the Ford site.

In my experience the only real value add of FX4 is the locking rear diff and the skid plates. The off-road modes are a gimmick and the FX4 suspension is not great. Would try to save the money and get a proper suspension kit if I were to do it again. The AT tires that come stock are also mediocre.
I have been waiting on an oil pan since March 29th. The damage was my fault, but the delay and the amount of time that the vehicle has been inoperable is frustrating, to say the least. By working with Ford customer service, I was initially able to get the part expedited, but since then it has...
