Hg twice within 1000 miles, turbo and EGR cooler. Still exhibits the exact same problem that it went in for! Coolant smell and lots of steam from exhaust and misfiring.

UPDATE!!! picked up my "fixed" ranger on 4-17, didnt even get home before the check engine light was back on, and the misfire is still there!! 6 months at the dealership!! This is Insanity

I contacted customer care and customer care contacted the dealer, dealer said they couldn’t replicate the problem. customer care told me to take it to another dealer, otherwise there is nothing they can do. customer care never responded to any of my replies after initial contact. not impressed.
