Make sure you are not inadvertantly locking out gears with the - + button on the side of the shifter. Also I believe longer high RPMs in Sport mode. I was causing myself concerns before I looked it up.

That is an incredibly low number. I can tell you I saw at least 3 on lots in Canada and purchased 1. For the record, I am very happy with it.

I had the same dilemma. Just activated the trailer button ahead of my shifter on the console. Magic!
