  1. Folding Tonneau Cover -Poll (Favorites)

Bought the ford version, which I believe is an overpriced bakflip g2. Bought it at the time because of a promotion for 500 dollars credit towards accessories. Its good quality and i like that it came with drain plugs with pre-cut holes for the drain tube.I would say any of the options you have...
  2. Looking for bed storage box

Ok thanks for the photos! What does it interfere with the middle tie down point if you were to move the tie down to that spot?
  3. Looking for bed storage box

Do the swing boxes allow you to still use the corner tie down point?
  4. Tire suggestions/opinions

On the search bar there is a check box to say to search titles only
  5. MPG WITH LEVELING KIT INSTALLED

I have seen no difference before and after installing ford performance shocks/ level. Average about 20-21. Have not installed larger tires yet, which would certainly reduce mpg.
  6. Stuck steering wheel adjustment lever (tilt/telescope wheel)

I honestly change my seat position and wheel position at least once per week and never ran into this issue, hopefully it’s simple fix!
  7. Any regrets buying an XLT over a Lariat???

I'm not positive about the ford key fob since I have an XLT, but you shouldn't ever be locked out even if the battery is dead. The fob has a backup key inside it that you can take out in these instances and get into the car.
  8. Ride quality on Ranger *head bobble sensation*

Nope the actual ford website. Actually I believe it was $200 off. I think the deal was 20% off up to 1000 or 200 off over 1000.
  9. Ride quality on Ranger *head bobble sensation*

I also have the non-fx4 4wd. Like you, I thought the ride wasn't bad but could be improved. It felt very soft, so the harshness of bumps was handled well. However, the rocking back and forth was fairly obnoxious and got old on switchback roads. I switched to the ford fox kit and the rocking is...
  10. Ride quality on Ranger *head bobble sensation*

Debated on this for almost a year, and finally decided to buy ford performance fox suspension. Night and day difference. Don't regret this one bit. I bought it on ford's website at 20%.
  11. Wax on, wax off

    Both are looking good!
  12. Dealer Adds $20,000 "Market Adjustment" to $32,940 Maverick

Some are doing that. But It makes more sense to list it for sale and gather more interest in it until some person comes along that decides that markup is ok to pay the dealer. It’s basically a win win for the dealers. And a big loss for all consumers.
  13. Dealer Adds $20,000 "Market Adjustment" to $32,940 Maverick

I am not defending dealers in any way possible. For the most, part they are all overly greedy people willing to lie, cheat, and steal to make a buck. But I do feel that some of these dealers put these insane markups on cars right now to keep them on the lot for test drives, and if some person...
  14. Yikes, just saw a new Tundra

Its the tail lights that throw me off the most especially from a side view.
  15. Long time paint ruiner, first time 'wanna wax-er'

I have never done the clay bar or polishing, so I have no advice there. But when it comes to the waxing I have had really good experience with Meguiars Ultimate Liquid wax. It’s like 20 bucks and can get it at Target, Walmart, etc. Lasts at least 6 months and can be applied in the sun.
  16. Favorite Running Boards

I have the Tyger Blade and love them. Sit tight to cab and extend out enough to be useful, but I can easily step over them too if I want to.
  17. Fox 2.0

I can't speak to how the ride would be with the larger tires, but I had the Ford Performance Fox kit installed and the difference is pretty big. Minimal nose dive with braking. Turns and bumps are handled much quicker than with the factory shocks. Don't regret the shocks at all. I debated on...
  18. Cordless Tool Recommendations

It's also there at low speeds but if you want to just hear the noise with no RPMs you can
  19. Cordless Tool Recommendations

Its most noticeable if you push the trigger in enough to not move the chuck but start engaging the motor. This was also on the brushless models. Brushed most likely would not do that.
  20. Cordless Tool Recommendations

As an update, i had decided to do milwaukee as I love my corded drill from them. However, I charged one battery and with the second battery, the charger read faulty battery. Tried it multiple times and was consistent. So then I tried the battery that I had just charged to full and the charger...
