No, you don't have it. I have an XL also and can confirm. What we DO have, and you probably know this, is the collision alert/emergency braking feature which legit saved me and my truck's bacon one rainy day. I'm glad I had it in that instance. That could have been a mess.

Here in the Midwest mostly the only 2wd Rangers you see are fleet vehicles. You'll occasionally see one that's 2wd and not a business truck but they are rare. But there are TONS of fleet Rangers around here.

Yeah, unfortunately (for some) that "Skid plate" that comes with the FX2 is basically a worthless piece of plastic that will get ripped off of you get too rough off road. As others have pointed out, you can buy Skid plate kits and that's a really good idea if you play hard, though I'm not sure...
