No tune - symptoms were always there but got bad at 28k miles, rebuilt at 36k. They did not replace cdf drum and it already is showing symptoms again @ 42k.

Could always drill out the center of the wheel a bit more and put a bushing or bearing in it if it gives you that much trouble again when putting it back on.

Ah okay. I’ve never tried using one that way so I just learned something new! My only other thought is maybe an air hammer would help to vibrate it somewhat so then it might loosen up a bit? Are you able to move it at all or is it just stuck where it sits? If you’re able to move it to a point...

What about a bottle jack between the wheel and frame of the machine? The frame looks pretty stout
